Our PC repair experts will come out to your place of business or home to inspect the faulty PC. If it is possible, the machines will be repaired at your premises, otherwise we will provide you with a loan System so that the faulty PC can be repaired. We aim to repair your equipment as soon as possible, if possible same day or next working day.

Once your computer or any other componenthas been delivered, one of our trained experts will come to you and set up everything, including the monitor, keyboard, printer and any other peripherals you may have purchased. Our Engineer will do the following:

Make sure all your software is loaded correctly
Check that everything works properly
Answer any questions and solve any hitches
Give you some 'housekeeping tips' on using your modem, Internet and file management as well as avoiding viruses.

Our pay-as-you go service costs just £50+vat for 60 minutes' assistance - enough to resolve most problems. You can call our experts from 9am to 5pm on Mondays to Fridays (excluding Bank Holidays).

PC Protection

We provide all year round PC Protection with Mcafee's "Security as a Service" (SaaS) Solution. For our engineers to connect to your PC remotely, you will need an active Internet connection. Despite the tweaks and patches forced on us by Microsoft and the other Software Companies, virus and spyware still find their way into our computers thus prevent equipment working properly.

How much does it cost?

For just £24 (Incl. VAT) per Year, we provide you with PC Protection. This can usually be installed remotely.
