When you subscribe to our New Roaming Business Telephone Service (RBTS), a dedicated UK landline is allocated to you and you tell us what you want to do with it. As a default, all calls to the number allocated to you are delivered to your office phone* number or home number*. Subsequently, we only need an email message from you to reroute your calls to other phone numbers including mobile phones whenever you want.
It works the same way as the 0870 or 0845 non geographic numbers, but without the call charges to the caller. Most importantly, callers will be able to reach you wherever you are even when you are abroad. YES! We can reroute your RBTS No. to international destinations** within seconds of receiving your instruction in email.
* Calls delivered to UK Landlines are included in your monthly subscription.
